Eloquent Manhattan Liquidation Services purchases furniture, equipment and entire property contents throughout New York City. We make an offer, we carry out the removal, and you are paid on collection.
Most firms that empty a room leave an invoice behind. We leave a payment.
We purchase in bulk and in place — a single office, an entire floor, a gymnasium, or the full contents of a vacated unit. The categories below account for most of our work.
Desks, seating, conference and boardroom tables, storage, filing and complete workstation systems.
Desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, networking and peripherals — individually or by the pallet.
Cardio and strength machines, racks, benches and free weights from studios, corporate gyms and building amenity floors.
Apartment turnovers, estate clearances and vacated commercial units — valued and cleared in a single visit.
These categories are not a limit. They describe what we handle most often, not the boundary of what we buy. Machinery, appliances, fixtures and fittings, retail and restaurant equipment, shelving, lighting, surplus stock, artwork and general furnishings all pass through regularly. If a space holds something of value, send a photograph and ask — the answer is more often yes than no.
We deal directly with the person responsible for clearing the property, and we are equally comfortable with a single unit or a portfolio.
Contents left behind by a departing tenant, or a unit that must be empty before the next lease begins.
A listing shows better empty. We coordinate with your client directly and keep the work off your desk.
Turnovers and clearances recur. We establish standing terms rather than quoting each instance from cold.
Offices consolidating, studios winding down, companies relocating to smaller premises.
Nor is this a closed list. We buy from contractors and general contractors, estate and probate attorneys, executors and families, facility and operations managers, restaurant, retail and hospitality owners, schools, houses of worship, medical and dental practices, developers, moving companies and private individuals. If you hold the authority to sell what is in the space, we can do business.
No inventory list, no appraisal fee, and no obligation at any stage.
A handful of images and the address is enough for us to begin. Describe anything the pictures do not show.
A figure within one business day. Where the volume warrants it, we will attend the property and value it in person.
Our crew provides the labour, equipment and transport. Payment is settled on collection, and the space is left clear.
No. Valuations are free and carry no obligation. On items we are purchasing, labour and transport are included — the figure we quote is the figure you receive.
That describes most properties. We will make an offer on what we want and tell you plainly what we do not, and in the majority of cases we can still clear the remainder during the same visit.
Drives are wiped to standard or physically destroyed, whichever you require, with written confirmation provided on request.
No formal minimum, though we are best suited to volume — a full office, a gymnasium floor, or the complete contents of a unit rather than a single item.
Offers are returned within one business day and collections are ordinarily scheduled within the same week. Where a lease deadline is fixed, tell us the date and we will work to it.
Manhattan is our base and we work throughout the five boroughs and the surrounding metropolitan area. If you are further afield, ask.

Send the address, a rough sense of the volume and your intended date. Photographs help, but they are not required to begin. We will respond within one business day with a figure or a time to attend.
